2) Personal data we collect

  • Email address — collected only if you subscribe to our newsletter.

We do not intentionally collect other personal data via jetmo.eu at this time.

3) Purposes and legal bases

  • Newsletter delivery and subscription management
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent anytime via the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by emailing privacy@jetmo.eu.
  • Suppression list management (opt-out enforcement)
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to ensure we honor your opt-out preferences.

4) Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use Hostinger Reach (newsletter/email service) solely as our data processor to send emails and manage subscriptions on our behalf. Hostinger acts under our instructions and is bound by a data processing agreement consistent with GDPR.

If additional processors are introduced in the future, we will update this Policy before using them for your data.

5) International transfers

If any processing involves transfers outside the EEA, we will ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)) and, where necessary, supplementary safeguards.

6) Retention

  • Email address: kept until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the newsletter.
  • Suppression list: we may retain your email in a minimized form to ensure we don’t contact you again, for as long as necessary to respect your opt-out.

7) Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object (where applicable), and to withdraw consent at any time (processing before withdrawal remains lawful).

To exercise your rights, email privacy@jetmo.eu.
